Dale got "spam" tonight and the sender is from this site. This is Dale's new site, which he'll use to host TP.

At the entrance, they ask you to contact the owner due to recent security issues.

Interesting the name Dale chose for the email.

When I googled Culhwch, I found the following:

Quote:
In the early Welsh tale Culhwch and Olwen, the hero Culhwch is cursed unless he wins the hand of Olwen, daughter of the chief of the Giants, Ysbaddaden. Though Olwen is wiling to marry Culhwch, Ysbaddaden is likewise cursed and will die upon his daughter's marriage. The giant then tries to delay the union by setting Culhwch to a series of impossible tasks. Arthur and his knights come to the aid of Culhwch. The giant is defeated and the spells negated.

Curiouser and curiouser...

Dashcat posted at CD about "emailing" for permission to enter.

When I load this cite, I only see a blank page.
However, in the source code I identified two jpgs.
One is the top logo, the other is a combined painting that includes a rendition of Prometheus and a stylized mask.

Prometheus was the bearer of the Sacred Fire/Secret Fire.
Prometheus brought Knowledge into the world.

In IE, I get a blank page. when I view it with Safari (Mac) then the whole thing comes up nicely. Dunno about Mozilla or the others.

Looks like you have to have a Mac to finish the game. Sorry!

It came up on my computer fine, and I was using IE. I can try Mozzilla when I get home tonight, but I only like the e-mail section for my pop mail. The browser tends to become a resource hog - perhaps because Windoz fights anything that cannot be assimilated.

Works fine in Mozilla too.

I have IE and it works just fine. How about this?

First page with the below image and this on top

And the second page, the same background image, with this on top (I put it in bold for here).

The site you went to doesn't mention that Culhwch is Arthur's cousin. However, this one does:
http://www.uidaho.edu/student_orgs/arthurian_legend/origins/olwen.html

Quote:
Culhwch took himself to Arthur's court to ask his cousin the king for assistance in winning Olwen away from her father.

As does this one:

http://www.missgien.net/arthurian/mabinogion/culhwch.html

Quote:
And the swineherd took the boy, and brought him to the palace; and he was christened, and they called him Culhwch, because he had been found in a swine's burrow. Nevertheless the boy was of gentle lineage, and cousin unto Arthur; and they put him out to nurse.

Hence MythPerception.com Laughing It's all in how the story is perceived. I only bring this up because I wonder who Arthur is and who Culhwch is in CTW? Is Dale Arthur or Culhwch?

**This thread is now "running" off the page since I posted the pic from MythPerception. Sorry Confused

are those of you that can't see the site using XP? 98? I emailed both Dale and the PMs (seperate emails of course Wink ) to let them know of the problem, although I don't think it is on their end. Is it possible its a java problem?

I have the sites archived here(although if its a java problem in your browser it wont help much)...

http://www.varin.org/mythperception/

Anyone else know more about this? I only deal with basic html. Once I see javascript I'm clueless.
