There is that base in the rookie mountains, NORAD (or something like that) headquarters. i think i remember that from all the clancy novels i used to read...

there is probably also different places like fort knox to try or fort leavenworth possibly. shoot, anywhere with the word fort would be appropriate.

EDIT: or better yet... wait for it... AREA 51!!!!!11!1!!

Okay, so Kristen is out of the game. I'm not trying to be a bitch by not letting drop, but I was just curious how you know for a fact that person that posted was her?

Yes, that was her, leave her alone for goodness sake.

I taked to her in person a little while ago, if she is working on an ARG, it's with 42.... And we know, for a fact, that 42 is not behind Our Colony.

Put it down.

Based on what I've seen on this page, I've got two things to say.

1. The answer wouldn't be any team leaders names, because we would need something like this to get that information. Gamem8ker wants us to only work within our colonies, and therefore it would be impossible.

2. Yahoo maps sucks. Google has real satellite images. Take a look.

Okay, this may be streatching, but see if you can see what I see here when applying boggle rules of the letters just have to be next to each other to spell a word or sentence:

My Colony Is a Federal Base

Now, I know someone back there had a idea about the pic being posted on a government server.
Does anyone have a list of all the Colony names?

Ok, this is the satellite pic of the center of the area denoted by the zip code 90022-2589. As for what the "ch1" means, I'm still trying to figure it out.

With the boggle thing, I've said repeatedly that we found it to say "Play me till gamers see sue find..." We gave up after getting that far.

I'm not so sure about that zip code thing. I can make the last 4 digits anything I want and it goes to the same map (90022-9999 for example).

yeah but "Play me till gamers see sue find.." isnt exactly a real sentence.

Also Till doesnt make sense in that sentence unless you mean it like until abbreviated, which is generally Til (one L).

I think My colony is a federal base. is a better lead since it actually tells us what to look for.

Hi, I have just been pulled into all this and I decided I should start contributing. I actually read all the previous posts, so on to my random findings.

I'm under the impression that even if rutherford herself is not involved that her site may contain a clue. That being said, I followed her site to the (most likely) fictional princess yum yum candy shop. Once there the title of the page titled 'cookies' is "That's good enough for me" and out curiosity I google'd it and found this:

www.addyourown.com/edit_review.php?hist_id=5454&city_id=1&cat_id=1

The half completed review form is definitely an odd thing for google to return so I decided to follow it further. I google'd the resturant name 'Blue Water Grill' and found a news entry on their corprate site that said they just opened a new branch in.... guess where... Chicago.

A bit far-fetched but with all the other Chiago references I thought it was worth a try. =/

yeah, I live in colorado springs, the base is NORAD, and it's under Cheyenne mountain. But there are 4 military installations in colorado springs.

Yeah, I was thinking that too. Maybe it doesn't have anything to do with people's colony names, perhaps... but a real federal base that is a colony.

/runs to google.

i like veroer's post. he seems to have found some interesting stuff using the out of game site. and i would have to agree that the half completed form is strange and the fact that it has all those "C is for cookie" thing is strange.

hmm... fresh eyes are always good.

EDIT: the link doesn't work anymore, it says there is no restaurant by that name. strange since it worked just before i first made this post...

I still fail to see why there would be all the baseball paraphanelia and other toys if this had anything to do with a federal base...

At least the computer had SOMETHING to do with resetting.

well, you could take the juvenile characters to be resetting to childhood, but that seems like a stretch.
