 		Cipher...HELP!!...that means you smart people!!
My freind is making a sort of local Arg...long story short, I got this pic in an email and I cant seem to solve it. The following text was in the email:

All the square, rows black on white

when by shapes my words are known


Now, the 'Slogan' for this ARG is "Synaps U.S." So im assuming the numbers in the box under that are the cipher or code or what ever but i've been looking for hours and I have no leads...
Help please!

 		I openned it in graphicConverter and inverted it ( to print it because it's all black) and low and behold a surprise...everything turned black exept a small box



Maybe thats the code...but...whats with the poem? I think that's the Key, often it has been (in prvious puzzles)
