Seems to me there's something to do with aborigines and the Sirius Star System, a binary sytar system, the Dog Star. THe aborigines new it had a companion star thousands of years before anyone saw it with a telescope - and one of the pyramids has a shaft that looks up at this star at some time of the year.
I think you're thinking of the Dogon http://tinyurl.com/96r6g
and Uptownish...I'm getting a sort of "and finally" vibe to some of these headlines. It's kind of like the birth of a litter of Labradoodles http://tinyurl.com/bfjjx with such a birth being considered newsworthy in Royal Leamington Spa last week...dear god

Lol, I'm going to be living in Leamington next year... Sorry, random useless post, I just saw Leam and it grabbed my attention...
I'll be quiet now...

It's probably in response to this. . .
From Wikipedia :
On February 15, 2005 the museum announced that it was stopping the project after tests showed the specimens' DNA had been too badly degraded by the (ethanol) preservative.
I'll bet S Ling contaminated the jar to boost profits. Perplex City now knows they have a commidity that we do not.

Camber acquitted...come full circle for the earliest headline we got: which was Camber called to testify. Lovely but uninformative.
Give us some more extinct creatures to spec about I say

No spec on the new headlines?
Well, I'll start with the "Hilbert industries expands," because it ties in with a lot of things.
Namely, Hilbert (the famous German mathematician, 1862-1943) came up with:
The Hilbert Cube
Hilbert Space
The Hilbert Syzygy Theorem.
The Einstein-Hilbert action principle, and its applicability to the concept of parallel universes.
He was born in Konigsberg, where I pointed out the "Seven Bridges" problem was based.
Take it and run. I'm going to brush up on my topology, physics, and mathematics...

Where are all those mathbrains when you need 'em? What does this

mean? (from wikipedia)
...so tasty...

something (a set) is countable if you can create a 1 to 1 relationship between it and the set of Positive integers... for example the even integers are countable with E=2N ie 0=2*0, 2=2*1, 4=2*2, 6=2*3 ... BigEven=2BigN
See even though there are an infinate number of even numbers we can asign each one a consecutive integer and thereby count them.
So while this cube may have an infinate number of sides it's the same number of sides as there are integers.
an example of a noncountable set is all real numbers, the proof is hard to convay without getting in to heavy logic, but see it this way there are an infinate number of numbers between 0 and 1 so there are an infinate number of infinaties that make up the real numbers... well...I guess that'll do...

Cool, I actually understood that! Now, but, and however: While searching around on the word hilbert and cube I found a ref to QUEENS HOUSE which is in Greenwich (?!) and contains within

What was once the huge entrance hall, a perfect 40ft cube,
This architect liked designing Cubic rooms He did it in Wiltshire House too. Now if I was going to be in Greenwich (for no particular reason) on no particular day, I might just stick my head in and have a bit of a captain. But as I am on the other side of the planet I can't really ask any-one to do something silly like that

I really don't understand a word you said...so like a petulant child I point out that infinite is the correct spelling

That's intriguing...couple this with the Thylacine births and there's something a bit off kilter with their environment...almost like it's been reconstituted and everyone wants to look at the finished product. Are we looking at a post-apocalyptic society? What were "the lessons" they learned that were so different to our take on things? (from the video)

I wonder if the focus on Joya and Alejo is just used for color, or if there are clues to be found. It seems like they are the biggest celebrities in PC - a version of Ben & J-Lo, or something like that. I have a feeling they are connected to the theft. But no real evidence, of course.

so a cube of uncountably (continuum class) infinite dimensions would be a great and glorious fractal.
