Spoiler (Rollover to View):

The strings are Rot-1 and Rot-25 alternating.

Street names are paired, the streets are in Atlanta.
Lazarys in chat noticed that "if you shifted the numbers of one up and the other down, they match... maybe the real address is that." So I have included those in the file.

 		My roommate says many of these are also streets in chicago (south side in particular). Any confirms?
