 		Thought I might point out the comic has 02185 printed under the date; does this correspond to any of the other 5 digit numbers?

Also, I believe it was released in 1973

 		I wouldn't date the poppy to 1918. November 11th would be better. Or if you want to get more in depth the poem Flanders Field which immortalized the poppy as a symbol of rememberance was penned in 1915.

Hello,

I'm from a much smaller colony and have come up with much of the same as what everyone seems to have.

Although, just tossing the thought out there, but if you compare the actual comic book cover with the one that was found in the forums, it definitely looks as if the explorer's hat as been cleaned up to look more like a C.

Also, on the beware image, we have 20cents, and beside it, under Mar 1, is 02185...2002185.

Know of anything special that occurs around May 18? Anything special about the 2002 showing as it involves Microsoft?

Look at the gamertag. If this refers to Xbox Live, then the tag would be Gamem8ker. ON NUMEROUS occasions, The Gamem8ker has said that he doesn't play XBOX LIVE that much anymore...and that the gamertag Gamem8ker does not belong to him.

So why would the gamem8ker's myspace (much like the tens of hundreds of BLOGS that have opened since the beginning of the game) have the wrong information? Because it isn't his myspace/blog/whatever. It is an imposter, no more, no less.

The only thing special that I know about May, 18th 2005 is that, according to the press release I recieved, is the date the show will air on MTV Europe.

That might be a clue.
