Binary Jester the binary jester in puzzle 95h3 looks more "Joan of Arc-ish" to me than Jester-ish.

I was told it looks like Carmen Miranda with her banana hat.

I am not so sure thta is a picture of a jester. I have a lot of knowledge about medievil jesters and it doesn't look like one to me. For one the costume looks more like a fighter's attire to me and it looks like there is some sort of weapon on the figures hip. Jesters never carried weapons.
I am not sure if what I am posting is any help but I just wanted to add my thoughts =)

37g5 anyone from the Chicago area know if these addresses are in close proximity to each other? I'm trying to pinpoint each one on a map, but my eyes are going crossed. My thought was that these are not really individual addresses, but it seems like a tracking type thing. Like a list of pin-points on a map from a gps read out or something. Pure spec, but I thought I'd give it a try. Unfortunately, these "work" people keep interupting me for non-arg things. C'mon, it's Friday for the love of Pete!

I think you are right I just went to 541 W. Lake in Chicago and there isn't a sign.
Also, I agree that some of locations are right next to one another.
I think the addresses are for a connect the dots using a big map.

Didn't the first list of addresses we got have another clue embedded in them?
Just from looking around on the board I saw a reference to the solve of Heidegger -- a password to a zip file from a quote found in the list of addresses. Or am I wrong about that??
So the list of addresses may not have anything to do with the physical locations?

Here's the decode of 72t2, which I think tracks to Washington D.C.:

The clue from Worry is hex for "Twenty" and if you start to organize the text in a block that's 20 characters wide and then take the "," to be the end of a line, you get the street names.
The solved images is at the Wiki .

Which appears to be Boston, a city with which I'm unfamiliar, so I apologize if I messed up the line breaks. I found it by interpreting the binary clue (one step before the legal enemy) to mean "begin one letter before LAWFOE". So I started with the B before those letters in the grid, then used the numbers below as directions. 1=up, 2=right, 3=down, 4=left. That spelled out the above intersections/addresses.
Credit also to j-5 who helped work this one...especially when he corrected my boo-boo about thinking the clue was one step beyond the legal enemy.

I recruited my husband and his mad skillz to plot out some cities. Boston is attached and below are the lat/long coordinates. I don't see any particular pattern or anything, but let me know if you want more cities.

53v4 has finally been solved. 'Twasn't easy.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
First of all, you have to use a vignere program to get letters into a solvable state. nivra found that omaauglpsiwe works the best. Next you have to swap pairs of letters, carrying over the line breaks (RC NE HS will become CR EN SH). Numbers do not switch. This will give you about 90% of the streets. For any streets that are still messed up, you need to do a ROT-1 on the messed up pairs of letters.
The list is really long - so please go to the wiki .
Credit for solves goes to: nivra, Rowan, misssphinx, Diandra, catherwood, and others
