I think the letters on the blue jacket in the White Hart photo might be significant.

They are sCt.

Why is the C capitalised? If read alound you get
s - capital c - t
s capital ct
s capital city

Whaddya think?

I've already tried a bunch of state capitals, but no luck

 		It seems we're somewhat missing the point. The pictures (i think) are clues as to "who/what" is in "6 places where we talk." See what I mean? so of course it won't be things like "jack the ripper" or "werewolves."

 		Hm, one thought, but it kinda destroys significance of sCt, looked around on google a bit and sct is a common abbreviation for Scotland. But that doesn't asnwer for the caitalized C, so this may be innaccurate.

 		Coordinates are azimuth and altitude...as in spatial coordinates...
2000 must be read as "Epoch 2000"...

Diurnal motion is what is represented in the MTV teaser, as in http://www.opencourse.info/astronomy/introduction/02.motion_stars_sun/northpole_malin.jpg

Astronomy buffs should give it a try.

If you go with that the capital of Illinois (all the Chicago reference) is Springfield...S Capital City

SCT is also an astronomy reference, as in Schmidt-Cassegrain
telescope (SCT)...

It's in the capital of Scotland, Ednburgh. Maybe that's the reason for it
