I submitted a code, but I doubt that I'll be in the first 333 people. (I submitted at ~4.00 pm NST (-3.30 from BST). I can always hope that there aren't too many people submitting on the site. Maybe the other people will get something at a later date instead. /me hopes

Thank you for visiting this page. Due to overwhelming response, the solution page is now closed. If you were one of the first 333 people to submit a correct solution and address, you will be receiving a parcel shortly.

Um, I received two separate emails between 3:10 and 3:15 London time (ie, right at the beginning), and both my addresses begin with "R."

Question (semi-OT)....

So, since we know that in-game, that Adrian Hon is behind sending these packages out, would it be too close to the curtain to ask him, who the cutoff person was, or even better, for a list of the names (last initials, of course, don't want to oust anyone's secret identity) of who gets a pack? Anyway, normally I would say this is straight out, but it IS totally in-game, and only my tingling ARG-sense is keeping me from asking right out. Whaddyall think? Not trying to thread-jack, but I feel this is too Meta for me to ignore, and I'd really like to get other people's opinion, as we're all kind of in the same boat here...

I put mine in just a few seconds after the thing opened, but I didn't get a email until just before it did, scared the heck out of me

Is it really necessary, I mean, we're going to be getting our packages in the next few days anyway? Also, doesn't it kind of build up suspense as to whether you'll get one or not - they could've told us if we were in the top 333 on the page if they wanted, this way we're kept waiting and posting "i hope i was quick enough" messages on here Smile

Meh, just my thoughts

Jeb

EDIT: Jeez, 0-decorated in 10 days... :S

i personally doubt that i will be getting one (i got it about 6 hours after the emails got sent out) but i did submit one before they closed off, so... i guess you never know. i'll still be checking the mail right away the next week.

Got mine in after a tense Gmail wait...watching everyone else on IRC (who all lost their heads completely...very funny) get their's.

Fingers crossed Smile

Interesting how many players people think there are...I would certainly say less than 3000 that was specced above, but more than 333. Hmmm...

I agree with Jeb a bit here, but you do raise an interesting question as to whether we should be trying to interact with Adrian and MC. Perhaps, the biggest puzzle is: Where is the curtain?

I guess my answer would be directly between Sente and MC. Maybe we should start a seperate thread on this.
