The coordinates are fine, but I don't think it's Area 51. Someone said that and everyone went off the deep end.

Here's the poem for reference...

In Xanadu did Kubla Khan
A stately pleasure-dome decree :
Where Alph, the sacred river, ran
Through caverns measureless to man
Down to a sunless sea.

So twice five miles of fertile ground
With walls and towers were girdled round :
And there were gardens bright with sinuous rills,
Where blossomed many an incense-bearing tree ;
And here were forests ancient as the hills,
Enfolding sunny spots of greenery.
But oh ! that deep romantic chasm which slanted
Down the green hill athwart a cedarn cover !
A savage place ! as holy and enchanted
As e'er beneath a waning moon was haunted
By woman wailing for her demon-lover !
And from this chasm, with ceaseless turmoil seething,
As if this earth in fast thick pants were breathing,
A mighty fountain momently was forced :
Amid whose swift half-intermitted burst
Huge fragments vaulted like rebounding hail,
Or chaffy grain beneath the thresher's flail :
And 'mid these dancing rocks at once and ever
It flung up momently the sacred river.
Five miles meandering with a mazy motion
Through wood and dale the sacred river ran,
Then reached the caverns measureless to man,
And sank in tumult to a lifeless ocean :
And 'mid this tumult Kubla heard from far
Ancestral voices prophesying war !

The shadow of the dome of pleasure
Floated midway on the waves ;
Where was heard the mingled measure
From the fountain and the caves.

It was a miracle of rare device,
A sunny pleasure-dome with caves of ice !
A damsel with a dulcimer
In a vision once I saw :
It was an Abyssinian maid,
And on her dulcimer she played,
Singing of Mount Abora.
Could I revive within me
Her symphony and song,
To such a deep delight 'twould win me,

That with music loud and long,
I would build that dome in air,
That sunny dome ! those caves of ice !
And all who heard should see them there,
And all should cry, Beware ! Beware !
His flashing eyes, his floating hair !
Weave a circle round him thrice,
And close your eyes with holy dread,
For he on honey-dew hath fed,
And drunk the milk of Paradise.

Reading through that poem I see midway, which we've disscussed. The dome, which has been seen on the apparently OOG www.muse.com, and Music, which also was on www.muse.com. What do we have so far?

Ok, if you put the coordinates in, you must remember that there is no such thing as 60+ seconds so you need to round them up to:

Latitude: 37° 15 Min.06 Sec.
Longitude: -115° 48 Min. 01 Sec.

When you imput the coordinates this way, it takes you to Nellis AFB Bombing Range in Nevada aka Groom Lake, aka Area 51

But if you imput the coordinates the other way, the put you smack in the middle of nowhere China. Maybe the Kubla Kahn guy could mean something, but he was Mongolian, not Chinese

Well there's the "Muse" hint.
In Greek Mythology, the muses are nine daughters of Zeus and Mnemosyne, each of whom presided over an art or science.
Their names/attributes are as follows:

Kleio: History
Euterpe: Flute playing
Thaleia: Comedy
Melpomene: Tragedy
Terpsichore: Dance
Erato: Love Poems
Polymnia: Sacred Music
Ourania: Astrology
Kalliope: Epic Poetry

I think that one of the keywords in the clue is the word "was". I'm trying to think...what was once been a muse, yet is not any more.
Also...it rather than "she" or "he". So I'd think it's a non-thinking object.
Now the dictionary says a muse can be "a guiding spirit," "a source of inspiration," "a poet," or "a state of meditation"

Unless muse refers to something else altogether, or is just an anagram.

EDIT: My personal look at muse.com

The "scenic route" through "Muse.com" says:
a
a gesture
on the verge
of an idea
to extend all the boundaries
of a new landscape
of attention
and articulation
seen far and wide
and with each recall
becomes more refined
until the time to say
hello

Then it gets to the questions
What - muse.com is writing software
Why - to meet and explore art, music, and words
Who - of your own making

Then you get to an overview which says:
The new generation of game consoles, with gigaflop GPUs and broadband connections, will soon emerge as the universal multimedia hub.
Muse.com is creating both client and server software for these new multimedia hubs.
The first client, called Sky, immerses you in a rich audio/visual experience that is both expressive and mesmerizing.
The first server, called Tree, will link you to millions of others through a global gestural switchboard.
Care to know more?

You then get to what they call a "Puzzle" which gives you six questions (who, what, when, where, how, why), each with a corresponding picture link. Each link explains more about the company.
As far as I can tell, they are concerned with future gaming, and how it brings people together (ourcolony.net, anyone?)?
They do "gestural performance environment," using a real-time visual synthesizer called "SKY".
They frequently refer to 4 year old performers, 8 year old jammers, 12 year old orchestrators, and 16 year old developers.

Still trying to make sense of it. Anyone see any parallels to the pictures we've been getting?

ANy noticed the file names have a progression?
227438 (renamed White Hart)
38914 (Red Poppy)
14660 (10^3+10^3)

Still leaves 47610 and 29420 though...

If you add them, you get 77030, but don't know if that's useful.

longitude coords

A negative Western longitude should be a positive Easten one, right? If you are at 90° East, then you are also at -270° E, and at 270° W, and at -90° W. That is my understanding, anyway.

I opted for the Western location in my interpretation because I didn't see anything in that region of China. I figured that it was an error in direction and went the other way. Or some naming convention that uses both the "W" and the "-" together to stipulate the same direction (read an "or" between them). Athough this is a negative multiplied by a negative to make it a postive eastern longitude.

Bah - formatting didn't work.

Take the last 2 digits of the previous, which are the first 2 digits of the next.
