[SPEC] Postcard Code Solution? Hey, so I'm not sure if this has already been mentioned (I searched and I didn't find anyone who already said this) and I'm not sure if it's significant at all. But....
When you multiply the postcard code (221545484848465100503215) times e (2.71828183...) you get Avogadro's number (6.022e23).
Again, I'm new. So don't hunt me down and beat me to a bloody pulp if this has already been mentioned or if it's retarded or whatever.
Edit: Topic - Wishi-san

Holy, bloody hell!
[Edit: Well actuall, you get 6.02223066 EE23, whereas Avogadro's number is 6.0221419900 EE23. But, heck, what's 0.001472% difference among friends? ]

Er... wow. This could be something. Perhaps Avogrado will be used as a password in the future... for the moment, this is still spec, though.

So would that make the post card e-mole? Is the number just a stinkin' pun?!?!? e-mole...e-mail... heh, heh.
SPEC? I'd say itd be a heck of a coincidence!

Well, actually I was originally thinking that Avogadro's number was supposed to translate into some sort of crazy badge number (6022ew or something), but yeah e-mole makes a lot more sense. Very punny, don't you think? Ha ha ha...alright, now you have permission to beat me to a bloody pulp.

This is definitely new! I'm torn between saying "avogrando's number is 24 digits and this is way too close to be coincidence" and saying "how would they have gotten that much accuracy in the 24 digit number?"
On the net, I can find e out to a million digits easily, but for avogrando, the only agreement seems to be "6.022 x 10^23" Several sources give 3 or 4 more digits of precision, but they all seem to disagree on what those should be. I haven't seen anything on the net yet that would justify the precision of the 24 digit number.
Still, this could the breakthrough that we've been looking for for the past 5 months!

umm... avagadro's number divided by e which is a precise limit approaching infinite number of decimal spots?
yeah. his number is precise to 6.022230656000000...etc
e is 2.718281828459045...etc
so you get a whole number when you divide (taking first ten digits of both) which is the postcard number. not really understanding what you're saying. there's no way e-mole is a coincidence, and we can sit here and multiply and divide constants all day and try them at ppc.com/ but i think this is about as intricate as it gets. who knows, maybe not, 3am dont feel like working on it anymore..ever.
edit: ok its solved

great job at finding this spankit, i thought everyone had given up.
you know, i dont care anymore if it really isnt the answer, it works, and now we can let it be. i'd rather think it was a simple pun than not having an answer at all.

Wow! That's awesome! Eight posts and you solve the 24-digit number. At this rate PC will be over by Monday afternoon!
E-Mole does pun with E and Mole, but is it "email" or another e-mole? Like and electronic mole, like a Spy???
Von?

Oh yes, POTUS. I'm holding the Cube in my hands as we speak...and by Cube I mean assignment for my 4000 word paper due tomorrow. So, anyone know anything about low-cost pressurized irrigation technologies in Third World Countries and their social implications??? How about we all give that riddle a try....
