Shadrach's 'artwork'

I haven't paused the tape and really studied it yet, but memory tells me that I saw
-the three identical black cars
-a model of an 18-wheeler (BRB's truck?)
-a pearl handled six-shooter (Oswald Wilke's weapon?)
- three fuzzy dice (a 4 and a 4 and 3) (our 4's and 7's again?)
-cupie dolls? (no idea what those represent)
- an Ace (of hearts?)

That would be the gun Silas Bodnick pulled on Jim right before Wilkes stepped in with the knife to Bodnick's belly.

I really need to go back and take a close look at that sculpture too. I'm sure it's important as Shadrach makes a point of telling Jim that "you have to look at the whole thing" and "every piece is important."

Ace of Spades on the Bible,
Ace of Hearts and a Jack of Clubs as hanging lights,
a scale-model Fortune Teller's booth,
a scale-model old-fashioned gasoline pump,
3 ivory carved statues of young women,
stacks of Versailles casino chips,
and the rows of clear glass bottles of water at the bottom.

red mini-lights all around.
another carving of what looks like a bearded old man dancing
a dollar sign (looks like it's on a miniature bag of money)
Delilah's picture is on the side of the 18 wheeler and the stacks of Versailles chips are on the trailer.

The three carved women on top--one of them looks like she's dressed like Jim's mom in that dream/memory he had. Another has what looks like a cane/staff-like object in her hand. The third is wearing glasses.

My addition:

I'm almost positive I saw a classic model yellow car on the sculpture.

I believe that represents the yellow car that Mary drives.

(on a side note, I can't see any symbolism for the water bottles and cupie dolls)

I think the water bottles likely have to do with the the ever-present water theme. It seemed like things were hooked up to the water bottles (i'll have to look again). It's probably a hint. I want to know what they're putting in the water.

the car should be noted is plummeting off the side of the sculpture...

(down, down, down, in a burning ring of fire...)

I think represents jims car, but I am not versed in vehicular lore at all.

there is brb's truck, about to hit a pair of twins. notice the agents cars? they aren't on the ring but hanging off it, like they are attached to the casino. Not a part of it.

the box in the front just above the water bottles attached to one of the legs, the best I could make out was the word "rubber" on the side. (I could be mistaken on that, about 70% certain)

the gun in the center, is probably not silas's, doesn't look like his gun, it's in a spring, or coil. the gun springs forth. (a possible solution to wilkes death is whoever has silas's gun at this point) it's not dawns either, but it is an old cowboy and indians type gun. According to push times, there is a coming event that involves an old fashion show down in the middle of town... (not a clue or not either just a random thought)

to tired to think straight... more later Smile

At the bottom of the sculpture are the water bottles and the Bible. I wonder if that means that water and the Bible are "at the bottom of it all" in Push. If that is the case, then what are they at the bottom of? Is there anything else at the bottom of the sculpture? What an interesting sculpture it is, I imagine we will see more of it in the next episode.

Later,
George

When Shadrock gives Jim the sculpture, he says:
"Water is all around you, Jim. Don't look but see."

Anybody have any thoughts?

Maybe it's not just a reference to his sculpture....
Maybe it is, "Don't look but SEA."

just some thoughts...
