It looks bleak indeed. I have a sneaking suspicion that they have disregarded all users outside the UK. Booooooo!

There could be a couple of reasons as to why the numbers don't seem to correspond to the time of input...
Here are a couple of ways they could have assigned these numbers:
Select the lucky 333 people, (remove duplicates and such)...
1.randomly attach the numbers to these people
2.sort the names/surnames alphabetically and assign numbers

Ahh, this is a sad, sad day for me. I won't even know if I got the package until late, late tomorrow.
Curse you, Perplex City, and your amazing inclination towards people in a place that makes road trip to from Chicago very difficult!

This seems like a lot of fuss over the bonus contents of packages. Besides, overseas winners would have to wait longer, they're further away! Give it a few more days, then start complaining, alright?

Look, the other ARGs have been predominantly US based, and the rest of the world got much more limited participation. In ilovebees which required a lot of location-specific activity, all of the payphones were in the U.S. If this one works the other way, so be it. There is clearly a large online component, so we can all enjoy that.
Also, I suspect that the foreign-to-the-UK addresses will just take longer to get their parcels. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.

And to the newer participants, there was a good amount talk back in the pre-game phase (as far back as when Adrian Hon was actually posting) that there was going to be a serious effort at making this a global game, with live events in the US, UK, and beyond. International shipping is slower than local shipping. That's just the way it is. I'm sure some of us yanks will have our parcels soon enough.
And it's funny that there are so many people from the UK involved in this game that British English is becoming the standard. Like "parcels." No one in the US says "parcels." We say "packages," or on a bad day we'll grunt and fling our poo at each other, but everyone here seems to be using the word parcel. Cool.
