Taser, stunstick or even better a cattleprod set to their highest setting ought to do the trick. They might be able to phase shift around regular bullets, but then I don't think they can do that for a long time. Plus to phase shift, they ought to be manipulating the elctomagnetical fields around their own bodies.

The mentioned items above ought to interfere with their capbilities. Least long enough for a person to insert a bladed weapon into their gizzard. Short Zulu-like spear or a blade ought to do the trick.

Though if you want to know, yes it is possible.
Provided you have either a cable modem/broadband systen, or if they have access to the ISP IP logs.

How do you think that the Feds can track down those online pedophiles so well.
