Well the "events the second of june" part didn't pan out, but I think the GE_E__S part is "generosity", maybe "our generosity"

There's still hope for 'the third of June' Wink but I'm thinking that's not correct as well.

Can't be generosity - 136 is a T. And those two K's are very perplexing Razz

Based on the letter distribution, we should probably assume the final result will be in plain English. With this in mind, I thought I would start looking for words that match the existing letters and holes to real words. I can tell you that when running a dictionary against the current letter pattern, there are a ton of matches, so I figured I would constrain my searches to words that will be unique to our particular message (a common code-breaking technique.)

For instance, while things like receda, cube, sente, kiteway, and dotcom are not likely in most documents, it seems ours might have a higher chance of one of these appearing.

Unfortunately, I am not seeing very excellent matches anywhere except for that big blank section with just an "E" at about position 60 ("...T____E_______________H..."), which could really be anything until we nail down a few more letters up there.

This leads me to think that either our message will be a generic "congrats on this bonus round" sort of thing or that some kind of transposition is being used (e.g. make a 37x3 grid and then read top-to-bottom or bottom-to-top.)

Any thoughts? Can anyone think of other (long-ish) words that might be unique to our particular message/situation? I put a copy of my work out if someone want to use it for ideas.

The 9 in Position 41 is worrisome--

Either with the previous positions it says something like "AT 9" am/pm... OR its a date, address or phone number.

Regardless, time might become an issue. Any ideas on how to get codes from people that aren't on unfiction?

What would be more worrisome is if it refer's to the 9th of May which is in a few days =/
