Or, it could incorporate T9, as nogwater suggested, and then be, "...the location of the [cube?]. T9..."

Okay, I figured something out! A big part!

176 - 200: "Games of Berkeley, Berkeley CA."

(found it by guessing Berkeley, and looking up game store names in Berkeley)

THEN! I called the store. They confirmed(!) that they will be carrying Perplex City puzzle cards, but don't have any yet.

! Very Happy

Looks like store names/locations it is! So anyone lurking, bring your code letter out!
