I'm starting desperation tactics
I'm running with the idea that maybe the rows in the centre (across: bullseye/circle/dot . same downwards) each represent a different number.
when you multiply them together you get the left answer 60000.
you divide them all you get the bottom 0.00015
you add them you get the 2013
subtract them and get the -2007
maybe its a matter of getting the numbers that would fit?
I'm guessing again

Exploring the circle theory a bit more, I found a site about crop circles with an image very similar to the challenge.

But the corelation between the two numbers is probably a better clue.

3+10+2000 = 2013
3*10*2000 = 60000
3/10/2000 = 0.00015
3-10-2000 = -2007
Dont know what to do with this info, or where it would lead.
Date Perhaps? 10th March 2000?

That is way too good to be a coincedence!

I've got the same results... 3, 10, 2000... although how to use this combination? I'm sure this is the right path though!

On the six images challenge, the key was kept in the monogram on the back of the jacket. This was important because very few people actually knew what the letters meant in that style.
Could there be a similar thing here? Those circles in the middle mean something.. but what?
