In the comments field, there is the domain name: http://www.audio-agents.com
This domain is new, registered March 29, 2005. It is ostensibly some kind of music factory/compilation company. The website is weird, mentioning "covert ops". It has many soundtracks on it, and SMG3er mentioned there are numeric keypad phone tones in some of them.

Is it In-Game? Not quite sure. The recent registry date and weird website would make it seem so. But there's no certainty. If it's in-game, the PM's did a better job covering their domain registry tracks this time.

 		Audio Agents also showed up before in the Artist field of some of the mp3 files found in: /3a11ccd/My Music/

with strange set of numbers in the Comments field.

Big clue, I know.
