Wes Keeler's Emporium of the Weird, a local landmark on Main St. in downtown Aglaura was destroyed by an intense fire last night, in what Fire Department officials are calling "a suspicious event." The business, located at 333 South Main Street in Aglaura, was closed at the time and there were no reported injuries or fatalities. The building The owner, Wes Keeler, a published author and local celebrity, is reportedly out of town on business and could not be reached for comment.

Mayor Pat Dobbs, who arrived on the scene just as the building collapsed from the heat and structural damage, could only shake his head and say, "It looks like a total loss. Poor Wes."
