The guy who did that peice though, looks like he may have been the one that created the mtv commercial. The styles are similar. Very similar. His work is pretty good.

Now lets also remember by submitting something on deviant art, you are legally saying that it is work created by you. It is illegal to claim work that is not yours, as your own. We could challenge deviant art to make this guy prove that he created it, thus being the man behind it all.
