 		Getting started: Resources
I know some of this might be trade secrets, but there are some resources out there that would be helpful for potential PMs to know:
    Hosting
    Voicemail companies
    Mail services (anonymous remailers, bulk programs)
    Anonymizing services and proxies
    Graphics (stock photos, web graphics)
    Sound effects
    Other telephony services (mass calling)
    IRC servers
    PM discussion tools (private chat, forum, etc.)
    Development tools - graphics programs, sound programs, cipher programs, etc.

A discussion of what has been successful and unsuccessful in the past, along with approximate cost, would be great!

 		http://www.fastmail.fm/ provides free email services with no originating IP header. You may change your return address to read however you'd like. There will be a .sig line at the bottom of the mail with the Fastmail URL and a little blurb, much like Yahoo mail. Please use only for good, never for evil, so that this won't go away!

 		an good one is http://www.stanaphone.com/ it allows people to call you free, and you get a real number. Also while on the topic of phones http://www.camophone.com/ (use for good) will spoof the caller id so it can match the stanaphone since stanaphone charges alot for out going calles
