3-0-7 contact I am sorry that it has taken me this long to get in contact with anybody regarding my experience since receiving my stone. I am very scared right now and have been limiting my contact with anyone. Let me explain:
I got my stone on Friday and secured it safely away. Saturday my dog, Jeter, never left my side and was acting really weird. He kept going to the door and running back to me and hiding under my desk. He did this all night, occasionally growling at the door. When I would check there was noone there. On Sunday we were gone all day for a party.
For those of you who do know me I have a 2 1/2 year old son who loves to play with rocks that he finds in our yard. Well Sunday night I found him playing with a large rock and so I thought nothing of it. Monday morning my son still has his rock and the dog will not leave his side. (protective?) I notice the rock has markings on it and when I look closer I see the 3-0-7 symbol on it! My heart sunk to the pit of my stomach. I packed our bags and proceeded to find a quiet spot to hide out. We are fine, my son thinks we are on a trip. No more grafitti or "men in black". I am taking no chances, how did they know my son would find the stone? I have posted a picture of the stone. When I took the picture of my son I noticed the markings on the stone.

maggiemae posted this at CD...

Most of you know by now that I have a toddler and a baby on the way. As those who are parents can attest, this means that I rarely get a good nights sleep. My neighbor knows this and we often call each other when we are up late at night and want company. We both signal that we are available by turning on our porch light. Anyway, this morning I got a call from her asking how come I was outside wandering around. She wanted to know if I was feeling ok. Now, here is the odd part… it was not me! I will admit that I have been known to go outside and lay in the grass to watch the stars until I am sleepy, so it is not out of the question, but last night I got the best nights sleep of my life! No weird pregnancy induced dreams, no toddler screaming for mommy, no kicks and swirls from the baby inside waking me up… nada.
Of course I was a little concerned, heck, some of you may remember that someone was murdered a few blocks away two months ago! Freaked out and paranoid, I joined her in my yard and we checked all the windows and doors and found nothing, not even a footprint. By now I was thinking that she must have been having some strange dream when she points over my shoulder and says, "What's that?"
I do not know which she thought was weirder, that there was graffiti on my basketball hoop backboard, that it was some strange RL game I am playing or that I started to laugh from relief and could not breathe for a few minutes until I regained some self control.
I am posting the picture in the files section with the others. Man, are those DEG's tall! The hoop is set at regulation height!

EDIT***
I added the picture attachment that I forgot to include the first time.

Stones & their meanings While we're discussing who has what stones and their meanings, let us not forget this page http://www.synthasia.com/mspagenotated.htm , which clearly shows the Plutus Wolf stone with a circle around it, and may suggest some meanings for the others.

I'm not sure about the PlutusWolf stone, but I hightlighted one of the "symbols" that is colored in. It kind of looks like the one in the background at Iris' site.

Ack! I've been marked!!! First off, I don't have a stone so I wasn't really worried about being "marked" with the graffiti. Then MaggieMae got one and she doesn't have a stone either. She just has one of the original 13 items. That made me a little nervous since I have one of them too. But I pretty much figured though that nothing would happen to me since we live in an apartment building. I figured that was too much of a risk.
Well, this week we are moving into a new house. We finally got the keys last night and went over to drop off some of the stuff from our storage unit. There was tons of furniture and junk still inside so we left (there had been an estate sale there the weekend before by the owner and I guess she forgot that we were starting our move that day). Our toddler wasn't in too good of a mood while we were there either. She was crying and screaming the whole time which is totally unlike her. It was dark and there wasn't much we could see anyway so we decided to just call it a night. We just left our grill, picnic table and a few other things there. The picnic table was in pieces and it was too dark out to put it together so we just leaned them up against the house and figured we'd put it together today.
Fast forward to today...
I loaded up our borrowed minivan with boxes and cleaning supplies and made my way over to the house. While I was washing the kitchen windows, I noticed that one of the metal legs of the picnic table had fallen over. So I went outside to pick it up. I turned around to put the piece back up against the others and there was the graffiti staring me right in the face on the wood piece to our picnic table!
I don't know how well this translates in the picture. I had to use our video camera to take a still since I still can't find my adapter to my scanner. It looks like it was drawn with a soft rock or maybe a piece of charcoal or something? Any of it that I haven't scrubbed off will come off in the rain I'm sure, but it still creeps me out.
