Just getting back into the swing of things after my stint on ilovebees, I have a few great ideas for some ARG storylines, and I would love to help out and contribute.
-True Basic/QBasic/Logo/C++/Java language experience (A total of 5 years of programming in associated languages)
- D&D player for around 3 years
- Graphic design work in Fireworks
- Movie Creation in Flash
- General HTML knowledge
- Creative characterization and people ideas
- interesting and fun (to solve and create) puzzle ideas
- storylining and planning expertise
- previous work in game design on a small scale level, but eager to move up to something of a higher calibur
- an online time of around 6-8 hours a day, and 90% of that is free for projects such as an ARG
- an encyclopedia of online information and pop culture tidbits
- and last but not least, a will to mess with player's heads. = ) Nothing wrong with that, eh?

Any questions about ideas or expertise, drop me an e-mail at muscles_magooSPLATyahoo.com or drop a PM.

Looking forward to working with you!

my first post as a member, hereitgoes ::deep breath::

- Intermediate photoshop skills. (Am quite good at making "fake documents." I have a talent for forgery, what can I say.)
- Intermediate HTML/CSS skills.
- Have access to a microphone and a music file editing program, if needed.
- Have many friends who would be willing to lend their vocal talents, if needed. :]
- Have been roleplaying for god-knows-how-many years now, can think on my feet decently.
- Proofreading. I've edited this post a whole lot, I think that says something.
- Good with literature-based puzzles, riddles, codes, etc.

I also have some ideas that I've been kicking around already, but that didn't seem like a skill, so...

Also, like the person above, I am under 18 so I am unable to provide money/appear in person.

pro's:
- well educated (degrees in law and biology)
- interest in and knowledge of scientific principles/inventions, especially in biotechnology
- creative with language (anagrams etc.), sound writing abilities
- have years of experience in drafting cross-word puzzles (in Dutch)
- although it is not my mothertongue, I seem to be able to get my opinion over using English
- lots of trivia

con's
- limited availability of time
- because of my age (50+) I know little of the topics that keep youngsters busy these days
- no experience in chatting (not [yet] connected to AIM, IRC, etc.)
- no special computer knowledge, but know how to write a program in Fortran

Anyhow, if you are interested in a scientific set-up of your game, especially in biotech or pharmaceutics, I would be available.

Duckie here Wink
I'm currently looking for people for a potential ARG of my own, but lets have me throw out some of my info here, too.
You know you want me Wink

-artistic. I am willing to make abstract paintings, scrawled notebooks, etc. and scan them (yeah I have a scanner and a digital)

-live appearances. I'm now 18 years old, so you can use my image voice and self in public Wink I'm really willing to get into a game that features such live interaction. I'm 18 and a BIG guy (6'5'', 195) and able to play a few years older OR younger.

-location. I am in Washington DC. Need photos of weird happenings by the White House? Friends hanging out in Georgetown? Senators by the Capitol building? THIS SUMMER ONLY I can do it all Smile Next year I'm up in Hamilton NY... YEAH COLGATE. PS-- this also counts for live appearances.

-Writing.
I don't wanna flatter myself here, but you gotta know this is my biggest skill. I've won school wide writing awards, working on writing my own book, and have ghost written for several more ARGs than you probably think.
My favorite skill: fill out one of those long ass questionaires as your character. Gimme the stats. I'll put 'em together to make character traits, habbits, paradigms.....
EG "I sometimes smoke... I feel apprehensive about working at a mental assylum" becomes "I've been nevrous since dealing with the woman who, I determined after 4 months of working with, had killed a childhood friend of mine. Now I can't bear to bring myself to work... I want to quit smoking, but I find myself reaching for a pack every break I get."
Yeah its fun

-Ninja Skills
-Nunchuck Skills
-Tetherball Skills

-Yes. I can write girl characters. Very well. Shut up.

underscore_b (19/m/NZ)
First and foremost an actor (currently training at performing arts school).

Writes well both in and out of character, good improvisational and vocal skills, generally good with accents.

Admittedly not too flash with true geekery (stegging, webdesign and the like), but greatly enjoys discussion and development of plotline and backstory with PM's.

Described as "a goldmine of useless information".

Miscellaneous skills incl: singing/musicianship, fencing, martial arts & stage combat (unlikely to be used in an ARG, but you never know), some knowledge of French & Latin.

Hope to hear from you (who? Someone...) soon.
