The Logan's Run remake is out in 2006, i hope we don't have to wait that long!
p.s It might star Leo DiCaprio

I'm guessing that this could be corporate then, I had originally assumed it was a fanwork.
Still no luck on getting into the web site. It strikes me that perhaps we need to play the waiting game, as something big could happen.

An old Sci-Fi novel from the 60s, later turned into a crazy movie.
It's all set in a future world where everyone had to volunteer to die with they're 21, if they refuse then they become "runners" and are hunted down by "Sandmen." In the story, Logan is a Sandman who tries to run on the night before his 21st birthday.
edit: haha, we all jumped to answer that one!

Dashcat and I sent emails last night and then tried to contact DomeCentral by AIM, with the same results you all have gotten.
Also when you google Logan's Run, City of Domes appears in the sponsered list on the right.

How did they know your number? Have you signed up to anything similar and given it away?

Good question. In the past I've signed up for ARG's I've played, but I usually don't give my cell number. I think this may be connected with

It's a great possibility. Perhaps it's sponsored? I'm not sure really. I also mused on the fact that it could be in line with the movie that is coming out soon - but if there is indeed a connection there then it perhaps isn't.

It does have that Virtuquest feel to it. I hope it is, the Subcity Central game was quite fun!

Wow!!!!!!!!! This is absolutely amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just found out about this today and the crazy thing is, I have only just managed to get my hands on the first 2 William F Nolan Books "Logan's Run" and "Logan's World" and I recently found out via the net that I can get a Region One DVD of the film and have that on order, after trying to get it on DVD over here in the UK!!
I have just read what everyone has said here and have saved the City Of Domes site and also added the AIM username to my private list and also IM'd them and got the same away message everyone else got, but atleast they know I am here now.
This is gonna be fun!! Just like SubCity Central was last year!!!!!!!!
Another absolute fave Film of mine to live out!!!!!!!! Cool!!!!!!!
