Book of Star

Hi…it's me Navin again. I was hoping my previous post gave enough of a hint for others to find what I found. Flutesalad is right…here's another one. The big thing in advertising today is product placement. Stella wants you to buy their beer so what better place to hide a clue.

Good luck to all.

I think it's a red herring.

I assume you're referring to the side of the Stella keg in the fridge? If so, the stuff on the side appears to be nothing more revealing than the pouring instructions.

Yeah I thought it was the keg in the fridge. I looked at this in game by getting the .flv file of the fridge door opening and playing it via FLV player. (Over And Over) Very Happy

I couldn't possibly see any info from it at all, it's just too pixelated when zoomed in on it.

I captured the screen and zoomed in to the barrel on PhotoShop, but I too found it far too pixelated to make anything out, which was why I went looking for a picture of a real Stella barrel.

I think this one is a dead end.

Sorry to interrupt this new password thing (although the assumption that the other book in the safe is the book of star is a nice one), but I still have an unsolved question with the photographs and Brigid's e-mail: she says she found them on Jon's phone, but that phone is in the hiding room.
Or, perhaps Jon has two phones?

they've launched some other competition on cans of stella - as i've had the chance to see this weekend - to promote stellascreen events.

basically if you're lucky there'll be a number under the pull ring and you can win dvd's and stuff. more details on stellascreen.co.uk i think.

but nothing to do with s+s :/

interesting

Wonder if there will be clues under these tabs. Perhaps some of the "NOT A WINNER" Might include "Not a Winner, [picture of a 6signs]:[Some number]"
kind of thing. might be worth it to delve into some heavy drinking Very Happy

Seems sable and shuck might want us to all be drunk.

easy to forget, but the hiding room is not an image of jons real room, but just a site he created to leave clues about his search for the truth about s&s. so the phone on the site is not his phone!

Is it worth pointing out that Navin Johnson is the name of the main character in "The Jerk" starring Steve Martin?

Maybe a PM messing around, as if we didn't have enough trouble trying to figure it out?
