 		[SEMI-INTERACTION] Got an odd phone call today . . .
Just a few minutes ago, actually.

Nothing fancy - I picked up the 'phone, said Hello, and got this looped message:

"The City of Domes will be accepting new citizens soon!"

Repeated twice, then the caller hung up.

Has this happened to anyone else? Confused Or is it just me?
