Ok, this is way to big to go unsaid

First, in SD card 1 there are 2 movies, each of a bowl of flowers.

Then, in SD card 2, all of the street names (in Gunter's Hometown pictures) are names of flowers. Goldenrod, Myrtle, etc.

and now, in easteregg03.mov, as Ian is running away at the very end, we just so happen to see the "flowers" sign, (see attached file).

I dunno, it could be a bunch of coencidences, or maybe something more...

EDIT: I look at the movie again, and it seems that he is on "flowers" street.

I was hoping for another easteregg - but oh my poor baby!

The binary in the url 0110111101110111 traslates to "ow" - and I can totally see why.

And *shudder* what is with that convo between Virgil and Nisha. "We both need to get some R&R"??? Don't do it Nisha!

Maybe Myke was originally going to die at the festival, but the astute action of the retrievers caused a slight modification to the plot? By the way, it seems likely that something newsworthy to those not following the ARG will be happening in front of all the game developers at E3 (to continue the ARG buzz following Elan Lee's address at the GDC awards), doesn't it?
