A trend?

But why... it doesn't seem to further the story at all to kill off myke and oak.

It does keep us from trying to contact those people later. For Myke, we had several phone numbers... No point in calling them after we found out he died.

One last new phone message for the day.

10:30, for Ian, Recorded Calls folder.

Oh, and it's in morse code.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Go to 764 Hillman Ave in Chicago. AR

Perhaps that next to last letter is a typo (e.g. was supposed to be an "N")?

Anyway, someone might want to relisten and double check my decoding. I did a couple of searches, and there doesn't seem to be a Hillman Ave. in Chicago. Maybe the suburbs? Kristen, Varin, Matt, does that street ring any bells?

Or it could just be a fake street, so players don't start showing up at some poor schmoe's house.

The Emile->Nisha calls says Virgil is ranting and saying "the tratiors will have to face the music".

Time to start looking at the mp3s again?

*notices the absence of my name*

I'm not familiar with a Hilman ave anywhere in the chicago area. That doesn't definitively prove it doesn't exist, but if it does it'd be a subdivision street or something, not a major road or city street that stretches on for any length.

I think it's just a fake address so we don't go getting ourselves into trouble by 'investigating.'

On the other hand, Hillman did of course have a connection with Chicago, so maybe time to look into history? Hmmm ...

Ramblings

hey some random thoughts that I want to get down first the file attached is a still frame of the missing you movie... if you get the qt controls you can see Virgil? kinda stabbing her repeatedly with some (ice) tongs...goes w/o saying.

Virgil...something in a name. Dante's Comedia Virgil is the guide...until Beatrice takes over. Florence was Dante's original patron city; Dante included all types of hidden meaning and acrostics etc. in his work; he was "infatuated" with Beatrice who he included in his work. Just some more parallels to Renaisance stuff ("Rule of Four" post, Bonfire of the Vanities, etc).

Vergil rants reflect ROT and random ordering of layers (already alluded to).

Anyone searching for Italian terms... real or from documents we have found? In the cube and other puzzles.

Velazquez was also in Ren time frame and same philosophies and hidden meanings.

Thats enough out of me... 'ter
