I've tried loading any errored pages in both Firefox and IE. I get the same "Cannot be found" page. Cookies had been deleted from IE. Nada.
Not happy.

Go to the "Websites" forum here at "City Of Domes" and you will find direct links posted for all the hard to view pages, by Stormalong.
They worked for me, so I am sure they'll work for you.
Good luck.

Goodness, I haven't posted on UF in what feels like ages.
I think the New You website says something along the lines of "We have thousands of procedures available"
If indeed it does say
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Special offer number 40 alterations (what I hear )
Then could it not refer to a procedure number - you'd walk in and say "I'll have number 75 please" like in a chinese restaurant

I watched the movie last night for the first time. I think we can rest assured that the message is saying something about new you special 483 alterations. In the film, at the beginning Logan terminates a runner who has had a face change, the identity check on the computer reads that he has had New You 483: face change.
When Logan later goes to get his own face changed, he goes to New You 483, because he knows there is someone there who helps runners. It seems like New You 483 is possibly an address, or a location, so you know which New You to go to in order to get help if you are a runner.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Special Threat Number 483 Alterations
The only thing I am uncertain about would be the second word. I cant listen anymore my head hurts. But I must say I am learning aslot of cool things that will come in handy for future puzzles.

That second word has a distinct long 'I' in it, which is why it sounds like By, My or Five to me...I'll try again to clear it up, tonight maybe:/

I would like to know how you stripped out all of the audio but the whisper. I have soundforge 7 and all I dont even really know what I am doing with it. Im just messing with all the different settings and seeing what does what.

Well, the initial cut is quite easy. Finessing it to make it clearer takes more, and I'll work on that tonight, but heres the deal:
Traditionally, music would be mixed with the instruments panned to the sides of the stereo spectrum to create fullness, with the vocals panned in the dead center. So, if you could ignore everything that is panned equally (center) and only hear the things that are in the wider stereo field, you would theoretically have only the vocals of a song.
This almost entirely never works.
But since its a puzzle, they made most everything but the vocals panned center, and the whispers panned to the side, so a channel conversion brings out the whispers, with very little else. Magic.
I'll do some more massaging later today to try and clear up the whispers and figure this out once and for all.
After diddling with it some more, I remain convinced of two things:
1) It says
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Special By Number Four Eighty Three Alterations
And 2) I still dont know exactly what that means. I know what 483 and all that refers to...just no clue as to the significance of this message.

I just might look in on New You 483
myself.
FRANCIS
You? Why? You're already beautiful.
LOGAN
No -- it's that last Runner -- someone
in 483 was trying to help him.
This is directly from the script for Logan's Run. It was an alteration that one could get at New You.
We need to get in touch with Doc6 somehow.
EDIT: It was not an alteration one could get but a room within New You. Room 483 as it were.

i wonder if holly13 has to do anything to do with this. she is doc's receptionist in the movie.
also, after looking through the script i came to the conclusion that the "specialized professional equipment" on The New You page must be the Mark III
Quote:
Aesculaptor Mark III -- the latest in servo-surgical designs.
Completely self-contained -- tilt-bed, cryojector services embedded
in the platform. The Mark III's laser heads are integrated into the
whole cocoon, swiveled and gimbaled so as to be able to focus any of
the surgical beams in microscopic delicacy or wide-bladed scraping.
The machine vaguely resembles an enormously complicated x-ray table
on an angle -- the great slotted laser heads overhanging it and
Integral with it. From the cryonic receptor base there is a steady
exhalation of cold -- the vapor seeping steadily downwards, blurring
the endlessly looped and tangled tubes and wires and containers
Which join in solid state circuitry so that any random or
involuntary twitch of a patient will be instantly compensated by an
equivalent move of the laser head -- keeping the focus precise.
At one end -- where the halves of the Mark III join, is n console of
switches and dials -- lights nod servo-recorders which control the
operation from the first injection of cold to the final healing
vacuum drafts and scar burnishing. With the air of a magician
demonstrating, Doc goes to the console and flips switches. Instantly
the table responds -- the platform tilting, the crab-like laser arms
descending flexing -- small vapor jets oozing as the beams slash
harmlessly across the table. Beaming, Doc turns it off and the whole
apparatus subsides.
just alittle info on NEW YOU #483
