the only thing that comes to mind when I think of Virgil tonight is:

It seems Nishas pointing her finger at a mission in Seattle. Any info that we can get working on to help along her "only lead"?

If the guy running past us at the marina was Worry on his way to find a spot on a bridge to take a movie of us, Worry != Virgil.

Worry could be Emile, I guess ...

OK, the theory goes as follows.
Bear in mind this is all a SWAG (and not goodies either)

Let's assume that Nisha and Worry are the same person.
How then did Worry get video of Nisha?

Nisha used Myke to take video of herself in California, then submitted it as Worry.
Myke died

Nisha used Oak to take video of herself in Chicago then submitted it as Worry.
Oak died
