I think this is a "count-down" sort of thing, where a large group of people are eliminated at first, and then it withers down from there.

Ok, I was just now (11:10 pm) reviewing the email Eileen sent to me. I recieved it 5 hours after she sent it, which means I got it at 8:30 tonight. Gmail has a terrible lag time. Anyway....

Here's the text:

While looking at it the word Trap just jumped out at me, probably because I thought this meeting tonight might be a trap.
So I looked at the email again and realised the first word of each sentence spells out:

There is no help. A trap aweights.

So Eileen really did try to warn us and we missed it. And I only looked at it again because I missed another important email that came very late through Gmail.

Hindsight being 20/20, I looked at the other reply that came 48 hours out that someone posted. Here is the text they posted:

It just occured to me that this game could be a process of elimination. Those that fail to see the warnings might be eliminated and those that fail to recognise a true offer of help might also be eliminated.

Then again, it might be up to us to help our friends who have just been designated as runners. I really have no kloo. I'm specing

Having said which, I intended to turn up but I went to bed about 30 minutes before it started - Quite glad I did now, though how I'll make it through today on 4 hours sleep is a mystery

this is on the surface is a huge "bummer".. but
maybe not as bad as it seems
eileen 5 did try to warn us..(as everyone
has noted) so maybe
she can help the runners.. we should all
keep attempting contact her and also doc 6
at "new you" might be helpful.. i remember
in the movie the new you doc was part
of the "runner" group which is why he
tried to kill logan

perhaps the whole point of this game
is to find "sanctuary".. and this forces
us to do it-- lets save these runners
and destroy dome central!
