Posting Guide for Citizens of COD

Just to help keep things organized and easy for new citizens to catchup on the game, please refer to the posting guidelines for UNFORUM.

If you are posting an INTERACTION or EMAIL from a character, go ahead and just [quote] it. Save the [spoiler] for solved puzzles.

If you are responding to the message immediately above, you don't need the quote the ENTIRE post, just respond. If you are responding to a long post, you don't need to quote the ENTIRE post, just the specific point.

If you are having difficulties or have a specific question, post your question in the appropriate thread. Then, if it is solved, please send your THANKS via a PM, no need to add more "noise" to the threads. We already know you are grateful for the help.

If you are going to have a conversation (posting back and forth because you can't access chat) with another member, please take it to PM.

If you have recently posted a spec or information, then something new comes up, you can EDIT your previous post rather than adding another new one (especially if it is just one or two lines).
