I didn't put a date down cos I'm not sure when it was USA date that it arrived (it arrived this morning ~8am my time).
I don't have a cut/paste here at this time, but:

"laylaslast" from someone's decoding in RT.

there's an aftermath story which
then has inside.jpg in src.. which leads to the next puzzle

 		inside.jpg was updated at about 7 PM CDT. It appears all that was changed was identifying the vertical lines as decimal points.
