Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Behind the register, a grimy STOREOWNER DARREN, 50's, slouches while picking at dry skin on the rim of his nose. A sweat stained wife beater, greasy ruffled hair, and facial scruff complete the uninviting façade.
So do we think it's Darren that she told us that we need to find? or Charlie?

I'de say it's darren. And what the hell was in the attic? What was her husband involved with? Notice she knew immediatley Hope had been in there?

I think it is Darren, too. He knew Hope's name without being told, so he knows something about her, possibly what happened to her and how she is connected to Kraus and the experiment.

Pointing to Darren as the bad guy just seems too obvious to me. Maybe I'm just beinging too parinoid, but it's almost always never who it appears to be.
My mind screams Charlie. Why? I'm not quite sure, but if he was nearby gardening, and the cellar door has such a crack in it, he surely would have heard a shotgun go off, wouldn't he? I have a ton of speculations about what this could be, of the different parts each person plays. If one person did one thing, they why did another do what they did? That sort of thing.
I plan to cross analyze this till I find something substancial. If and when I do, I'll be sure to post it.

Just printed off all fifteen pages (I was up so late that I've only just woken up!) and I 'm gonna go shut myself away with a highlighter pen and see what I can glean from it. Thanks Saturn for posting the document

Charlie is definitely not who he appears, but if you read the Kristie Bingham work sample you'll know that...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
he kills Gertrude and then himself. IMO, he's a mind controlled henchman, not someone with power or knowledge in Die Soldaten.
Edited for spelling.

I can't access the kirstie bingham work sample via the link that was posted - do you know of any other way I can find it?

I would have thought it would be Charlie, but if he's already dead then that just leaves Darren I guess. Unless she was being really cryptic and it's her son.
Does anyone reckon it's worth going through looking for patterns within the words/capitalised letters again, to see if there's anything hidden within the script? Worth a quick check, I'd have thought...

Looks like she removed the link from her website. Good thing I saved it, huh?
For anyone who missed it when mistermole posted the link not long ago, this PDF also contains excerpts from the shooting script. Don't download it if you don't want to be spoiled about some character deaths.

Her life was horrible. I think it is Gertrude who knows about the Necromancer. I had no idea... Is this going to be a movie in the theaters? or will it be only on DVD?
