Okay how about how the key was "everything" and if you number the letters you get "1 9 2 7 10 8 4 5 6 3", and you use that as offsets to aaaaaaaaaa you get bjchkiefgd
applying the same rule, medialplux is "4 7 8 5 1 2 10 3 9 6" which gets you EHIFBCKDJG... which still doesn't work

Isn't medialplux = 7 3 2 4 1 5 8 6 9 10 = hdcebfigjk?
It doesn't work as a key, regardless. Neither do these:
allmixedup = 1 5 6 7 4 10 3 2 9 8 = bfghekdcji
eyvisdirll = 2 10 9 3 8 1 4 7 5 6 = ckjdhbeifg
canyouhelp = 2 1 6 10 7 9 4 3 5 8 = cbgkhjedfi

The only thing that Renfleno really anagrams to is "Lone Fern"...which I guess could be a "codename".
In the first email:
Quote:
Renfleno (one of the pioneers here at QND) once said, "let the past not be
what we look forward to".
Renfleno refers to a "person".
In the second email:
Quote:
As spoken by the Renfleno, "let past not be what we look forward to", or to some of you, "het eyk si medial plux".
So I guess if it's "Lone Fern" it could fit into the context of the second email:
Quote:
As spoken by the Lone Fern, "let past not be what we look forward to", or to some of you, "het eyk si medial plux".
or "the Renfleno" is just a typo.
BTW....does anyone know what business goes on as usual here in big "Green". refers to?

Ah ya....duh!...well throw the "Lone Fern" out the window.
Still like it as a code name although not as "espionagish " as 007.
Fern....Lone Fern

Using the first letter of each word in the sentence "let the past not be
what we look forward to" (which has ten words) and the other "possibs" as reference.......here are some more that don't work:

opps.
Lets look at what we have so far. From the first email we have the following:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
From the first word of each sentence we get:
There is no way I can get an agent login however you can enter the message log with renfleno there is another leak from within help
From the second we have the following:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
From the word after each "the" gives us:
quantum activity alert QND messaging pass word renfleno
From the letters before each double letter we get canyouhelp
So both emails give us the password and ask for help.
From the first we also get the quote "let the past not be what we look forward to"
From the second we get either "het eky si plemix dual" or "het eyk si medial plux".
we also have "Encryption is only Encryption if it is Encrypted"
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
het eky si plemix dual and het eyk si medial plux both give us what looks like the key is all mixed up. However if you look at the two clues you see that the first three words are changed by moving the first letter to the end while the last two are justed scrambled. also the last two words both end with either x or l
Don't know where this is going, just making observations.
A few other things that stick out are the use of quotes in the first email and the use of comma's in the second.

assumptions Just to confirm, I also received 'het eyk si medial plux', which screwed me up since I got 'the key is mailed ****' and spent too long trying to imagine what 'plux' might be.
I'm surprised that our link to the game has mentioned that 'there is no way I can get an agent login'. So can we assume that Raymond Gatin is not an agent? If so, who is (besides the ubiquitous 'Renfleno')?

It's not Ray's email that says "there is no way......", that one is from Themis Strim.
I assume that the passowrd we get from this puzzle is for the file matrix and that we might find the agent login from there.
