Can't really deal with waiting, so I sent Martha this email.

Will Gertrude still be contacting us? Is it more important to find her or the Storeowner? From the script, it seems that Gertrude has died, or was that just the imagination of the filmmakers? I really want to help you, but I need to know how, and who it is we should be looking for and trusting.

I'm starting to wonder if everything so far has just been a wild goose chase to keep us busy until they can put everything together. THat's just what its starting to feel like anyway. It seems so much effort was put into Gertrude, and now there's really no mention of her since Martha's return. Sorry if there has been, I"ve just been catching on all the reading in the past two days.

Also, am I just being dumb, or is there a timeline problem (or time travel?). The sound file of her in the cellar is from April (I think), yet when we asked her about it then, she described the situation that she just got out of (locking in the cellar, with a tape recorder.) Just random rambling and thoughts I guess. Sorry, I'm a noob.

I just had a short exchange with the storeowner using the SN provided above. He's kind of a tool! It's my first post after spending the past few days reading up on things, and while I'm not sure theres really anything of use here, I'll offer it up to you all. I just kind of jumped in when I saw the name sign on, and I wasn't sure what to ask. I'll get better at this as time goes on.

He wants to know how to contact Martha for starters for giving up info about Julie, but I didn't give him her screen name because I wasn't sure if I should. I asked him why he wanted to talk to her, and he wouldn't answer. Then he signed off.

I would tell Martha he's asking how to contact her in return for info on Julie, and let her guide you on if you should or should not give the info to him. This saves it from being your fault if it was the wrong choice - and let's you know a little more about what there might be between them.

I e-mailed Martha asking if we could trust him before he even asked --- but as she's yet to answer any of my e-mails, I'm not optimistic. If she does, that's what I'll do.
