 		What is the deal with Stephen?
I am very confused by the role of Stephen in this ARG. He is clearly an ingame character, since his mobile number appears in the Hiding Room, and he's in the Butterfly Preservation Society as well.

Except that he seems to be a real person as well. His Friends Reunited stuff all looks much more real than Jon's does, and the Megan mentioned in a text message he sent to another S&S player seems to be his fiancee.

I even managed to look up some other information about him, which I won't go into for fear of encouraging any stalkers who stumble across this forum.

If he's just this ordinary guy wandering around, why on earth would he keep the same mobile number that is listed in the Hiding Room? Surely he would have been driven mad long ago by all the phone calls?? And in a game where detective work is actively encouraged, why be findable on other sources? Isn't that a bit dangerous?

This is one bit of this game that completely bewilders me. An apparently real person in an ARG? I just don't get it. Is Stephen someone that we should have investigated much more thoroughly?

Well. ... Have you considered giving him a call?

Quite possible if a lot of information was given about this person,
There is probably some use for him in all of this.

I know the timer is up. Why not give him a call and see if he knows
more than inbev... Perhaps he is the missing link to the "save jon"
route to the game. Jon was always saying he couldnt trust anyone.
But clearly Stephen was on his side.

Upon reflection. Why the heck didnt we call him earlier?
I wasnt aware we had his cell.

 		We did have his cell, and it usually went straight to his answerphone. I rang him a couple of weeks ago and a person answered, but when I asked about Jon he said "Sorry mate, you're too late. I've got to go," and hung up.
