[Puzzle - Solved] The Map

So let's make a new fresh thread for this one.
Here is what we've got :

A binary sequence at http://www.legionpharma.com/bloody_path.php

translated into :
"Hey, I need you to pick me up from the airport.

I'm only in town for a short while and don't have any transportation. I'll be waiting at the terminal, look online to find directions to the airport. I've included a map outlining where I need to go and in what order, go to img_map.gif for the map.

We can continue our correspondence in person while I'm on this &dhbg;business&dhbg; trip, it will be much easier to talk about the goings on at the company.

Also, call (214)-358-5355 when you get a chance, you know what to listen for. It's important.

Hope to see you soon.

BTW: Did you notice the new job postings? Those positions are to fill the missing members of the Allyn team. I'm getting so paranoid here.

G."

We also got this image :
http://www.legionpharma.com/images/img_map.gif

wich contains a hidden part as we can see here :
http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/files/img_map2_133.gif

Here is what we got if we overlay the image and a map of the airport :

left top:
ELEV
476
(13R) <-upsidedown

right top:
ELEV
480
(13L) <-upsidedown

middle:
ELEV
482
(36)

left under:
ELEV
476
(31L)

Why is the red circle in img_map.gif antialiased, while none of the other cirlces and lines are?

That's for the PMs to know, and us to find out Wink

Ok, i worked some more with the map and this is what i think is important:

red circle: 31L
blue circle: 18
green circle: 36
hidden circle: 13R

I think these are important, because the circles seem te correspond with these numbers in size.

I agree on the strangeness on the red one, seems like it's supposed to mislead us.

so far, this looks like a code?

Well,
18+18=36
31+18=36+13=49
13+18=31
I think it's not just coincidences...

I called the airport number again, and decided to post the info from today just to see if it differes from last times info (and if i heard it any different than the tty person)... This info may be useless, but it seems kind of weak to put "you know what to listen for" just to get the name of the airport.

dallas field information tango ,1953zulu weather wind 140 wet 1 0 dust 1 5, visbility 1 0, 7000 scatter. tempature 3 7 2.17 alt 2 9 9 0
simulteanious visual approches runway 13l and runway 13r in use..(notice to airmen) taxi ways foxtrot and golf close, taxi bravo west of runway 18 closed..

runway 13l wide(glide?) slope out of service

200 foot construction crain 1 quarter mile southwest of (low) field?

aircraft landing newark
jfk, laguardia, philledelpha.. and chicago midway and washington dullus airpots expect delay.

all departures contact clearance delivery on 127.9 for departure
clearance prior to taxi
advise on intial contact you have tango

The only common element in that one with the recording I listened to this morning is the 200' tower 1/4 mile SW of Love Field.

Btw, on an non-important note, the airport is Dallas-Love Field. It is a medium-sized regional airport and home to Southwest Airlines. Not to be confused with Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, which is huge.

Maybe we should try to find what exactly is this tower ?
I'll try to find some detailled maps.

one piece of information not noted in the topic-start:
editing the image shows
Quote:
Rotate me 50º counterclockwise and lay me on the map for the answer.

Note it says 'the answer'. Answer to what....

Also note that the http://www.legionpharma.com/images/img_map.gif has 3 colors (and 1 hidden).

Red - Green - Blue / (Hidden)

Would that mean that you should follow a order, like from red->blue or something?

Maybe there is a other map for the airfield that contains colors?

Also the telephone-call should give as a fair clue what to search for, but I dont see it yet.

warning->offtopic

Does anyone know this building, and might it be (next) the airport? (guessing)

A more simple image of the Dallas Love Field Airport:

Background info:

"The Wright Amendment, passed in 1979, limits air traffic at this airport to only Texas and the surrounding states or longer distances with 56 passengers or less. This was done to reduce competition and keep prices high at the DFW airport. Love Field is home to Southwest Airlines and so most traffic here is of the 737 variety, and of those most are the older 737-200 series"

and

"Love Field was named for Lt. Moss Lee Love, an Army aviator who was killed in a crash in 1913. The airport was originally an Army training base in World War I, officially designated Love Field in 1917. "

My gut feeling is that the top portion of that building is computer generated. So I dont think youre going to find it anywhere.

I found a image of DFW airport (NOT DLF airport!)
http://www.gatewayair.com/hubs/dfw/images/airport-map.png

it looks like different gates have different colors,
note: Red/ Green and Blue !
This proofs nothing, but it might be helpfull.

Looks photoshop to me, but it was worth a try.
I looked for this building, and there is a building in Dallas (University) that has the same windows, but thats all.
