 		I got to that, but thd part is that the PMs seemed to abandon by not providing support in case of being stuck. At least for Where, there was support in clues.
Maybe clues posted around to help tehplayers going instead of getting stuck? Where did the pms go?

Well, technically it wasn't really an ARG anyway, since it wasn't really geared towards collaborative solutions; the prize could (technically) only be won by a single person based in the UK. Because of the prize, the people behind it were probably quite limited in how (or whether) they could hint at the final puzzle, because it might be construed to create an unfair advantage for some players over others. I can't personally think of any true, corporate ARGs that imploded (as imbri has defined the term).
