[SOLVED][PUZZLE] Dennison's email password Ok, apparantly we have Dennison's password, as the carer says:
Quote:
It certainly holds truth, yes. But he's still denying his
involvement, by the looks of things. I have his email password, see.
In fact, I'm pretty sure you have it lying around somewhere too.
Go forth, and try to find it.
EDIT: Changed topic heading to indicate that puzzle has been solved. --Phaedra

Well, the co-ords clearly mark out the words "Ben Abhu." I've tried logging in with various combos of that, but no luck...

Where did this info come from?

An email from the carer. I think I put it on the wiki.

Too simple, we missed it...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Ben Abhu Rot-4's to firefly
EDIT: Lots of evidence here, specifically a conversation on July 3 in which Mr. dennison gives himself up (lots of colorful metaphors ensue!)

Excellent find, taking a look now.
Edit: As per the instructions by the carer, looks like we have to confront Dennison with our findings. Anyone volunteer for the email?

I'll do it, i have nothing to lose
EDIT: Here is what I sent him. Lets see where this goes.
Mr. Dennison,
You don't know me. In fact, I don't really know you. I am going on what I know about you from a mutual 'friend' of ours, The Carer. Before you adversely react to what I am about to say, think about it.
You know about the 7 missing persons. I am in posession of evidence in the form of emails that connect you to this incident. Don't ask how I got them, and don't try deleting them as I have made copies. I am going to give you a chance to explain your side of this story. I trust neither you nor The Carer as of yet. I am giving you an opportunity to earn my trust.
The group of us investigating this incident will not make a move until you contact me.
Yours,
Terminalskeptik

You're right, the password has been changed, either some jerk decided to mess around, or Dennison changed it.

Yeah, I can't seem to log in either. Someone changed the password I guess. Bad karma man! terminalskeptik, did you actually save the emails or was it just a threat? Post 'em if you did, so all the people who didn't get up early enough this morning can see them!

Got a reply from *Roger* Dennison, seems we have another character, Jack Torrence.
Message follows below:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Ok, look, I'm gonna level with you on something. Please, for god's
sake, keep this quiet. I've changed my password so the carer guy
can't access it any more.
I was contacted by a man calling himself Jack Torrence - obviously an
assumed name taken from The Shining, but with the amount of cash he
was offering me, it didn't seem to matter. All he said originally was
that he needed someone to do a dangerous delivery job for them. He
paid half up front. £10,000 on the spot.
Then things got stranger. He asked me to follow a few people for a
while, said to collect any evidence that may be useful. He wouldn't
let me ask what he meant by that. One girl left her keys in a bar in
London. I went in and collected them. Finally, this guy told me he
wanted to contact me by instant messaging online. I obliged. He told
me exactly what the job was, and promised me the further £10,000 would
be waiting at the safehouse he wanted me to take them to. I got the
people and drove to the specified location. There he was, waiting
with the money, before taking the seven men and women off my hands.
He never said a word to me. I drove away. I've been on the road
since then.
I honestly can't tell you any more. I genuinely can't, because I fear
for my own safety. If I'd have known from the start what I was
getting into, I wouldn't have gone along with any of this, I swear.
Please believe me.
I'm sorry any of this happened,
Roger Dennison
