[SOLVED][PUZZLE] Numbers

Not all stories start at the beginning....well the last 5 digits of the sequence are 07851 - could we be looking at a mobile number, 07851063114, perhaps? Probably a shot in the dark and I have to go out to work in 15 minutes so I won't be able to call the number and check until tonight but it might be worth a go. I'm stumped by the idea of a 'story of sorts', though...

The voice says '492268.htm', so log on to www.thecarer.0nyx.com/492268.htm and see for yourself... looks like #14 isn't happy.
