I know that several hotel arrangements have changed from the original reservations because some of you have notified me about the changes. However, the list I rec'd from the Penn does not match the information I've received from attendees in several cases.

I strongly recommend that everyone with a current and/or past Penn reservation calls to reconfirm their arrangements. Make sure that your original reservation was amended or cancelled if your plans have changed. Verify that you are getting the group rate. Be sure that the number of people on your reservation is accurate. Try to add the names of your roommates to your reservation if possible in case someone arrives earlier or later than planned. Doing this now can save a lot of time and frustration at the reception desk later, when you are grouchy from a long day of travel. Shocked

Finally, please update me if your arrangements or contact info have changed.

I'd like to thank those people who took the time to PM their RSVPs for ARGFest IV. Knowing who will be there has been a great help to those planning activities at the Fest.

For those who would like to participate but have not yet PM'd their RSVPs, time is running out. The list will be closed Wednesday, July 20, at 8pm Eastern. Please send any changes, additions, or subtractions before that time.

Please note that if you are not on the list, Fest organizers cannot guarantee your participation in all events.
