Yes, to our UK friends: my sympathies. Hope you and yours are okay.

edit: I've got a certain set of chills in my spine. i've had them for about 5 years now whenever I hear about this stuff. I doubt they'll ever go away. So, yeah....empathy. not sympathy.

Just FYI, there is a UK-ARGer-check-in thread here.

At present, we appear to have accounted for most/all of our UK people, and they are all all right.

This sucks. Thankfully everyone I know who was in London today is ok.

I hope none of us here have lost anyone.

My heart goes out to the victims and their families, and everyone in London. I think it's very impressive how well the city reacted to the tragedy and how well composed the people were.

A Qaeda group has already claimed to be responsible. If that is true, then I really feel disgusted by these cowards who claim to be muslims, and hope they rot. In any case, I hope whoever did this burns in hell.

Many thanks to everyone for checking in here. It's the second website I went to, after the New York Times. Thoughts and love are with all our friends and collaborators in the UK today.

Islam has apotasted these idiots ages ago. So they are simply terrorists and Islan, a true religion of peace is NOT condoning it.

But again, our prayers to the victums of this terror.

First off...my prayers are with the families of the victims, and everyone in London.

Bush said in the article that the war on terrorism will go on...hmm...that makes me wonder, my boyfriend is in the ARMY, and he isn't supposed to leave until March for Kuwait, I wonder if this will have him be shipped out sooner. No telling...not with the way Bush is.

I did find Bush's statement a bit disturbing, "We don't kill innoccent people".

*Thinks of all the innocent people that died in Iraq*

Hmmm...

My heart goes out to everyone in London. I'm glad that it seems all of our fellow ARGers are ok.

JoeOE18, surely you speak of Sadam and are not instigating that American soldiers kill innocent people?
