[Website] The Brotherhood of the Six www.brotherhoodofthesix.com
Too much info coming in at once - making my head spin [and my eyes hurt]
Not had a proper chance to read through it all yet what with the cards released and the new cognivia website to digest.

Some of these names will be very familiar, although their link to the Cube has often been concealed: The Archers of Dawn, the Quadrilists, the Fire of the South, the Third Power, the Society of Elders, the Tarsians, the Kababah Clan
Who wants to bet "The Third Power" is the name of the secret society that Pietro was researching?

at first look, it seems like this couldnt be an in game site, looking at the quality of the other ones. then again, it was made by this religion which means it wouldn't be high quality like the others.
and finally, it reminds me of a certain other site... does anyone remember the time cube ?

isn't that in 2 years time? considering it seems fairly important to this who ARG/game/thing, exactly how long term are we thinking here?!
ditto on the bad web design, my church website wasn't all that dissimilar until recently :s

MY EYES! It's like my worst web-designing nightmares come true. Still, at least it fits the image of them that we already had.
Just a note to Firefox and Mozilla users, you can make this site slightly less painful to look at by turning off styles (View > Page Style > No Style).

very clever making a website devoted to religion that looks just like the religious web sites weve got here
not sure its a good advert for the brains you end up with if you join a religion but hey -- they all seem to do it

So are we generally agreeing that this is an 'official' site?
The number '6' does sort of make cube-like implications, though.
I have a bad feeling about this.

and the typos! ack.
spugmistress, I was wondering the same thing - is the culmination of PPC scheduled to occur in two years' time? After all, there was mention of a video game being developed, etc etc...and all of these pre-pre-pre-pre launches...interesting.

The thing that got me were the spelling errors. If I were a religion, I would at least TRY to spell things right and make the website look like I'm not illiterate.

Blinking titles!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
And... seriously... how can you obtain oneness with a cube? These people scare me.

about the bad design/typos etc. to be fair to them (and church webmasters the world over) they *do* say it's their first venture onto the web on the front page, and unlike all the commercial/institutional sites we've seen so far, they're not gonna be able to employ some web designers or ask one of their friends who happens to work at the academy to help them make a site are they?
on another but similar point, open design agency haven't updated recently.

Oh my God, it's... NATURE'S HARMONIC SIMULTANEOUS 4-DAY TIME CUBE
Seriously, though, this site reminds me of the famous (and decidedly OOG) site run by nut-job Gene Ray. See it here for comparison purposes.

Two little things I feel like pointing out:
1. Catbite either is or has a gorge - so, yay, for all those who figured out it was a valley/moutainous area...and
2. We've got a book reference that's solid - we know author and title, and if we can get into the Academy Library site, I figure we can look this one up.
