Look at the image that they engrave on the dogtags. Tell me that does not look like a puzzle coming up, or already in play. I cant for the life of me figure out what it means, but it seems too suspicious to write off.

On the digits page there is a reference to Colma, CA. I just added Colma to the end of the webste and it worked! This is the first time I have found anything like this I am really excited!

Edit: Sorry it was the digit page that had the Colma reference in the source.
