[SOLVED] Green #105 Arrange My Lace Bits An Anagram*
is a word or phrase made from the letters of another word or phrase. so for example "earth" is an anagram of "heart" or (getting slightly more complicated) "a rolling stone gathers no moss" is an anagram of " stroller on go, amasses nothing"
people's names often lend themselves nicely to being anagrammed. occasionally these can reveal a little about the person or their character. whether that's pure coincidence or some kind of divine message from the universe itself is a matter we won't comment on. we've often wondered what virginia bottomley would have to say on the subject though.
There are 8 anagrams of celebrities and other famous people below. Can you name them?
1. LIVES
2. VIVIAN DARKBLOOM
3. OLD WEST ACTION
4. HE BUGS GORE
5. SELECT ODD WORDS, LAUGHING
6. THAT GREAT CHARMER
7. ANGEL OF THE RECLINING
8. BRA INSERTS? YEP!

Has anyone thought of looking at some of the names of people and places connected with Perplex City as a serious attempt to find clues, rather than to just amuse?
I would but I'm lazy.
I imagine that anagrams have quite an important function in Perplex City. Has anyone read Angels and Demons but Dan Brown? He goes on about the importance of anagrams to many ancient civiliations (or something like that) and talks about their mystical powers.
I used this anagram engine, www.wordsmith.org, to solve this card.

Then again, I like politicdal humor

When I tried to solve this on the site, it said incorrect answer although I input all the correct names. Any ideas? I have 1 idea but i'm too tired to try it now, i'll post tomorrow if it works.

Our answer for #5 is missing a G and the answer we think is #8 does not have enough R's for what we thought it was.
EDIT Nevermind. The card says "inserts" and the solution web page lists "insects." I was going off of "insects."
