One of my fellow forumites from PC Gamer UK Forums, has found this

Although the contents of the site have changed, the rest of us found different sites, the first of which was an injoke concerning a trolling forumite. After an unknown period, the site changed to this, a link to a forumites profile, a highly controversial moderator no less.

Removing the _secret/ part of the name, I came across JRG Marketing, a link leading to this
To be honest, I don't know whether it is an ARG, but if it references a forum which i have been a member of for three years, I have a right to know.

Most of my fellow forumites are speculating that it is an ARG.

Any thoughts?
