The picture should appear at perplexcitycardcatalog.com soon.
But in the meantime I should mention that...
Play?
...Is in massive black writing at the top of the card, obviously asking what play the quote is from, in this case, 12th Night Very Happy

For completeness, the "e" in "are" is there. It comes from line 1009 (r) goto 1005 (e).

Loading this program into Visual basic, and making a few adjustments so that it runs - gives the following output:-

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
oh mistress mine where are you roaming?

If I'm not mistaken, Sirs Toby-Belch and Andrew have a clown sing them a love song, and he sings them:

O mistress mine, where are you roaming?
O, stay and hear; your true love's coming,
That can sing both high and low:
Trip no further, pretty sweeting;
Journeys end in lovers meeting,
Every wise man's son doth know.

If it was an actual question in the script (and not a song), I would guess the "answer" to it would be the eventual solution to be submitted to the leaderboard.... maybe not.

Just to add my 2p - the answer is Twelfth Night rather than the quote, because that is the answer to the question.

this is pretty late, but this is also a partial letter card... partial letters in each corner of the card. the letters.html page should be updated and the card's entry in the catalog should be updated...
