That is an in game code,
Relatively easy, just do a help on crack or something.
Since Enter the Matrix is a Video game if you want to find the solution there's always gamefaqs.com.

Also,
Here's the kicker, the Matrix site is updated.

It took me a long time but I found the solution to Zion Archives Hex lock puzzles. But once you get through it's quite easy actually, as it guides you through. Still got something to solve though and I couldn't get through them. I'll post where I am stuck after the spoiler.
