That's all I can make of it. I think it might be the PM saying hurry up or we'll have to let James loose on America after all.

Which would be interesting, in the Chinese sense of the word...

 		Ok, so the PM is trying to push us along...is there anyway that could be a clue to part two of the puzzle...Im totally stumped on that one...tried everything I could come up with.
